RV4_RVE_PV4_PVE Pneumatic_hydraulic series machines

For O.M.G. machines the pneumatic-hydraulic series refers to all those machines for processing reels, where the main movements of the devices are actuated by pneumatic cylinders. The main distinction between the models lies in the possibility of having vacuum only or vacuum and pressure.

The advantages

• Simple self-loading reel holder or as major machine models with quick loading option.
• Film index by pins chains moved by servomotor. Possibility of processing pre-printed materials with offset feed.
• Preheating gripper system that ensures the translation of even the hardest and/or thickest materials.
• Single resistance heating, optimizing heat distribution with integrated diagnostics.
• Molding press with two independent mobile platens, moved pneumatically or hydraulically. The forming press is equipped with pneumatically operated plu assit which allow an optimal distribution of the material.
• Die-cutting with a four-column press and two mobile tables moved by an asynchronous motor or alternatively by hydraulic movement.
• In-line shear for cutting the prints as an alternative to die-cutting.
• Stacking of molded products either upwards or downwards with pneumatic movement.
• Devices positions using motorized actuators.
• Automatic friction winder with constant tension and pneumatic extraction of the scrap.
• Scrap grinder can be supplied in line with the machine.
• Punch die cutting presses available in all configurations.
• Rolls preheating recommended for materials such as polypropylene.
• In-line extruder available so that the material is introduced directly into the thermoformer.
• In-line labeling(optional) by type with adhesive or cardboard glued on the thermoforms.
• Cycle management through an interactive industrial screen that makes it easier for the operator to adjust and memorize the working parameters.
• Telediagnostics via Internet: thanks to the possibility of directly communicating with the system at a distance, O.M.G. technicians always at the customer's side in managing the system.
