Packaging machines form-fill-seal FFS series

For O.M.G. machines the FFS packaging series refers to all those machines, where the final products are closed containers in thermoplastic material with a product packaged inside. The process therefore starts from the thermoplastic reel (normally PVC and PETG are used) and ends with the finished packaging.

The peculiarities

• Self-loading reel holder for quick and easy loading.
• Translation of the film by pins chains moved by servomotor. Possibility of processing silk-screened materials with offset feed.
• Preheating gripper system which ensures the transfer of even the hardest and/or thickest materials (optional).
• Single resistance heating, optimizing heat distribution with integrated diagnostics.
• Forming press with two independent mobile planes, moved by pneumatic systems or servomotors. The forming press is equipped with plug assit moved pneumatically or with servomotors which allow an optimal distribution of the material. The press is designed for quick tool replacement and simple maintenance.
• Practical loading area for operators of the pieces and advertising cards manually by the operators or with a vacuum cups pick-up device which takes them from a store box and deposits them inside the thermoformed.
• In-line welding press with heated and/or high frequency plates with practical sealing reel support.
• Punch die cutting presses for European hole cutting pneumatically or servomotor driven.
• In-line labeling(optional) by type with adhesive directly on the thermoforms.
• Die-cutting with a four-column press and two mobile plates moved by servomotors or air-oil multipliers.
• Evacuation of the handprints downwards, on a carpet.
• Positions of the presses along the line via motorized actuators (positioning in step).
• Automatic friction winder with constant tension and pneumatic extraction of the scrap.
• Cycle management through an interactive industrial screen that facilitates the operator in adjusting and memorizing the working parameters.
• Telediagnostics via Internet: thanks to the possibility of directly communicating with the system at a distance, O.M.G. I am always at the customer's side in managing the system.
