TRF mechanical cam forming and punching models

The TRF model is a universal thermoforming machine operating in a continuous cycle, suitable for the negative molding of material in reels, where the cutting of the thermoformed items is obtained in the mold by punching. This model finds its natural use in the production of plates and glasses in plastic material.Built in a strong single block in electro-welded steel sections, the TRF is optimized for automatic cycle machining with reel materials.

The peculiarities

• Self-loading reel holder for quick and easy loading.
• Film index by pins chains moved by servomotor.
• Preheating gripper system that ensures the translation of even the hardest and/or thickest materials.
• Single resistance heating, optimizing heat distribution with integrated diagnostics.
• Forming press with a mobile lower platen, moved by cams. The press is equipped with a plug assit which allows an optimal distribution of the material.
• Horizontal stacking of the parts.
• Automatic friction winder with constant tension and pneumatic extraction of the scrap.
• Scrap material grinder can be supplied in line with the machine.
• Rolls preheater recommended for materials such as polypropylene.
• In-line extruder available so that the material is introduced directly into the thermoformer.
• Cycle management through an interactive industrial screen that makes it easier for the operator to adjust and memorize the working parameters.
• Remote diagnostics via the Internet: thanks to the possibility of communicating directly remotely with the system, O.M.G. technicians are always at the customer's side in managing the system.
